Earn Money: Redeem Coupon or Rewards app is for exchanging, transferring or redeeming Play Credits on your prepaid mode. The user needs to make an in-app purchase by selecting the amount and mobile phone number associated with a leading UPI/VPA provider, digital wallet or by selecting an international money transfer platform such as Paypal. We will pay 60% of the total amount that the user redeemed or transferred on our application within 7 days (if the transaction amount is large, it may take up to 15 days). We encourage you to verify your input details before proceeding with any transaction.1. What is this app all about?This app transfers or redeems Play Rewards or vouchers and sends 60% of your money back within 7 days (for a larger amount that will take up to 15 days) through the chosen payment platform or to your bank account.2. What are the payment options for receiving payments?We are currently transferring the amount to our users through UPI/VPA and digital wallet via international payment platform to other countries.3. Are there any transfer fees?Yes, the in-app billing fee is 30% of the amount you spend on the Play Store to purchase digital goods and we will charge 10% of the total amount. For example, the userHe wants to transfer £500 so 30% of the amount charged by the app billing library is $150 and our 10% fee becomes £50, so the total fee is $200 and youll get $300.4. How long will it take for the funds to be transferred to my account?It will take a minimum of 03-07 days or a maximum of 15 days for these funds to be deposited into your account.5. If the user added wrong details?Earn Money app team checks the details while transferring money to the users provided for the payment source. Earn Money is not responsible for wrong details submitted by the user, so make sure the details are entered/updated correctly. Payment settlement will be delayed if the details are incorrect.6. Can I request a refund?Yes, user can contact us at “[email protected]” and we will refund your transaction.7. What do I do if the transfer is not listed?Dont worry we have all successful transaction history so we will transfer your money within the specified time period in addition to that you can email us at "[email protected]".The policy is subject to change, so it will be updated without prior notice.By using and making transfers in the Earn Money app, you agree to all terms and conditions.
